These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Kiosk Crew Dashboard and services. By registering or using the Dashboard, you ("You" or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the provisions outlined herein. This Agreement serves as a binding contract between you and Kiosk Crew, and applies to all users including clients, affiliates, representatives, and all entities accessing or utilizing the Dashboard. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
This Agreement may be updated periodically. Your continued use of the Dashboard constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
By using this Dashboard, you confirm that you are of legal age and competence under Indonesian law and any other applicable jurisdiction. If you act on behalf of another entity, you warrant that you are duly authorized and that this Agreement binds that entity.
You agree to use the Kiosk Crew Dashboard lawfully and in compliance with this Agreement. Prohibited activities include:

To access the Dashboard, you must register an account and provide:
You must grant access to your marketplace sub-accounts or main accounts as part of onboarding. All information submitted must be accurate. Kiosk Crew may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts due to violations, fraud, or incomplete information.
You are solely responsible for your account credentials, activity, and security. You must not share or transfer access to any third party. Kiosk Crew will consider all actions from your account as authorized. Prompt notification is required if unauthorized access is suspected.
All personal data collected is governed by Kiosk Crew’s Privacy Policy. You agree that your data may be used for fulfillment, communication, and service enhancement purposes.
All intellectual property associated with the Dashboard belongs to Kiosk Crew. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of the platform or its contents is strictly prohibited.
You must provide accurate shipment data including:
Kiosk Crew is not liable for errors or losses resulting from false or incomplete data.
Bulk Management: Supported for processing multiple orders across integrated marketplaces.
Fees & Payments: Services operate on a point-based system. Costs vary by packaging type and additional services. Points are non-refundable once used or transferred.
Prohibited Goods: You are responsible for ensuring all shipped items comply with Indonesian law. Kiosk Crew or its courier partners may cancel shipments that are illegal, hazardous, misrepresented, or unsafe.
Weight Calculations: Billing is based on either actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Verification: Couriers may validate Goods prior to delivery. Kiosk Crew is not liable for delays due to failed validations.

Kiosk Crew is not responsible for service interruptions due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, system failures, or third-party issues. If a force majeure persists for over 90 days, either party may terminate cooperation.
Kiosk Crew services are provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free access. Kiosk Crew is not liable for:

Kiosk Crew reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with its business needs and applicable legal requirements. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Dashboard or other official communication channels. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Dashboard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
