PAYMENT & COIN POLICY

1. All Kiosk Crew service transactions use a coin-based system.
2. Coins are used for:
   • Fulfillment
   • Packaging
   • Add-ons (including Protect+)
   • Other additional services
3. Brand must ensure sufficient coin balance before any request is processed.
4. Coins are valid for 6 months from the date of the last top-up.
5. Coins that have been used are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
6. Under certain conditions (outside the Kiosk Crew system), payment arrangements may be made based on a separate agreement.
