Kiosk Crew operational hours are as follows:
- Monday – Sunday: 08.00 – 17.00 WIB

Any closures outside national public holidays (such as collective leave or other designated off-days) will be communicated in advance to ensure smooth operational planning.
Product Shipment to Kiosk Crew Warehouse
Before Shipment
- The shipment process begins with product and inbound stock registration through the Kiosk Crew website.
- Brand is not allowed to send products before completing the registration process and receiving system confirmation.
- Stock Request must be approved by both Brand and Kiosk Crew prior to shipment.
Shipment Process

Kiosk Crew warehouse receiving hours are as follows:
- Monday – Sunday: 08.00 – 15.00 WIB
- National Holidays: Closed
- Brand is advised to schedule deliveries within receiving hours to ensure smooth processing.
- Brand bears full responsibility for product shipment to the warehouse. Kiosk Crew is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
- For third-party courier deliveries (with waiting time), Brand is advised to provide the tracking number for monitoring purposes.
- For direct deliveries (same-day delivery), Brand is advised to provide a contact number for effective coordination.
Goods Arrival
- Within a maximum of three (3) working days after goods are received, an inbound quality check (QC inbound) will be conducted and a Retrieval Inspection Report will be sent to the Brand.
- For shipments exceeding 500 pcs, additional QC time may be required and will be informed in advance during the inbound request/registration process.
- All received products must match the registered inbound data.
- Products that pass QC will be recorded and added to the Kiosk Crew Warehouse Inventory system.
- Products that do not meet specifications or are in poor condition will be placed under Hold status for further review, and Kiosk Crew will confirm the next steps with the Brand.

If a product is classified as defective or damaged, the Client has two return options:
- Collected by Brand: Brand arranges pickup from the warehouse.
- Fulfilled by Kiosk Crew: Product will be processed through Custom Fulfillment (see Custom Fulfillment section).
- If rejected products are not collected within 30 days, Kiosk Crew reserves the right to dispose of them as damaged goods.
- Kiosk Crew does not provide product preparation services.
