Protect+ Add-On Policy
Protect+ is an additional protection service designed to minimize the risk of loss due to damage or loss during shipping.
Protect+ Fee
- 1 coin / item
- 5 coins / box (for extra large boxes or high quantity shipments)
- May be discussed in advance according to volume & product value.
Protect+ Benefits
By using Protect+, Brand will receive:
- Packing process video
- Extra bubble wrap on the package
- Protect+ sticker on the package
- Priority claim handling
Protect+ Claim Procedure
- Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 1×24 hours after the package is received by the customer.
- Submission through: Add-ons > Warranty Claim
- Required documents from customer:
- Continuous unboxing video without cuts (initial seal clearly visible)
- Photo of package condition before opening
- Photo of damaged product
- Tracking number
Claim Assessment
A. Full Coverage
Full Coverage Requirements:
- Complete unboxing video without cuts
- Photos of package condition before & after opening
- Report submitted within a maximum of 1×24 hours after the package is received
Applicable if proven:
- Product lost (with Protect+)
- Product damaged (with Protect+)
- Wrong shipment (internal error)
- Missing items (internal error)
ORDER MARKETPLACE
If Full Coverage Requirements Are Met:
- Refund follows marketplace system
- Funds are returned by the marketplace (not in coin form from Kiosk Crew)
- If Brand and customer agree, reshipment may proceed without waiting for courier investigation results (cost follows marketplace/Brand policy)
- Kiosk Crew assists the investigation process & provides packing video
CUSTOM FULFILLMENT (Non-Marketplace)
If Full Coverage Requirements Are Met:
- Benefit: Refund up to the product price (in coin form)
- If Brand and customer agree, a replacement product may be shipped immediately without waiting for courier investigation results
B. Partial Coverage
If one of the claim requirements is not fulfilled.
ORDER MARKETPLACE
If Requirements Are Incomplete (Partial):
- Subject to marketplace & courier decision
- Refund follows marketplace system
- Kiosk Crew does not guarantee appeal approval if evidence is incomplete
CUSTOM FULFILLMENT (Non-Marketplace)
If Requirements Are Incomplete (Partial):
- Reshipment becomes Brand’s decision
- Fulfillment & shipping fees are excluded
- Refund claims may be rejected by courier if evidence is insufficient
Important Notes
- Protect+ does not guarantee 100% claim approval by the courier, but strengthens Brand’s position during the appeal process.
- Claims submitted beyond the 1×24 hour deadline will not be processed.
- Protect+ only applies to damage/loss during the shipping process.
