By using Protect+, Brand will receive:

Protect+ Claim Procedure

  1. Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 1×24 hours after the package is received by the customer.
  2. Submission through: Add-ons > Warranty Claim
  3. Required documents from customer:
    • Continuous unboxing video without cuts (initial seal clearly visible)
    • Photo of package condition before opening
    • Photo of damaged product
    • Tracking number

Important Notes

  • Protect+ does not guarantee 100% claim approval by the courier, but strengthens Brand’s position during the appeal process.
  • Claims submitted beyond the 1×24 hour deadline will not be processed.
  • Protect+ only applies to damage/loss during the shipping process.
