Kiosk Crew utilizes cookies and similar technologies to maintain session functionality, enhance user experience, and analyze system performance.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

  1. To provide, operate, and maintain the Dashboard
  2. To execute order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping coordination
  3. To communicate service-related updates, notifications, and support
  4. To improve system functionality and user experience
  5. To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or unauthorized activities
  6. To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

a. Third-Party Service Providers

  1. Shipping couriers and logistics partners

7. Marketplace and System Access Authorization

By using the Services, you grant Kiosk Crew authorization to access your marketplace accounts (including sub-accounts) strictly for operational purposes including order synchronization, inventory management, and fulfillment processing.

8. Cross-Border Data Processing

Your data may be stored or processed in systems located outside your jurisdiction. Kiosk Crew will take reasonable steps to ensure data protection in accordance with this Policy.

9. Policy Updates

Kiosk Crew reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
